Dear Customers.

It has been reported in the National press the we were robbed early this year. It was also reported that previous employees were involved. I wish to point out that only one previous employee was involved. The reasons for this robbery will, no doubt, be reported as they are made public. I have received a lot of support from satisfied customers and I am very gratefull for that. I see as is usual that some people are determined to destroy the good work we have done in the past. I do not believe we are perfect anymore than the other companies out there, I do believe we try and put right our mistakes, I am very sorry for the rude and arrogant behaviour of the previous workshop manager and hope I can put this right. I have been asked if we will close down, my answer is very simple, if you the customers no longer wish to entrust us with your work then we will have very little choice.
